The Banana Flip-flow Screen mainly consists of components such as the screen box, screen mesh, flip-flow beams, and vibration source. It is suitable for screening sticky and wet materials, featuring high efficiency, low energy consumption, lightweight design, low noise, stable operation, and high reliability.

2. Cold-riveted frame screen body with no welding seams or stress concentration, ensuring higher reliability.
3. Wear-resistant replaceable liners installed at both the feed box and discharge chute to extend beam service life.
4. Multi-section curved screen surface with a large feed angle to prevent clogging and a small discharge angle for thorough screening.
5. The screen surface performs flip-flow motion to loosen materials and prevent clogging.
