The probability screen is a screening machine that actively utilizes the probability screening principle. The probability screen commonly referred to is a vibrating probability screen, whose screen surface is linearly vibrated by an excitation device. This probability screen has been widely used in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, building materials and coal, and is used to grade the particle size of medium and fine particles. The main structural difference between the vibrating probability screen and the flexible vibrating screen is that the vibrating probability screen uses a screen surface with multiple layers (generally 3 to 6 layers), a large inclination angle (generally 30° to 60°), and large sieve holes (the size of the sieve holes is 2 to 10 times the separation particle size).
Working principle
In terms of working principle, it is also significantly different from the ordinary vibrating screen. The probability screen actively utilizes the probability principle, thereby completing the entire screening process at a very fast speed, so that the time required for material screening is only 1/3 to 1/20 of that of the flexible vibrating screen, and its processing capacity per unit screen area is 5 to 10 times greater than that of the ordinary vibrating screen. Therefore, it can be considered that the screening performed in the probability screen belongs to "fast screening".
