GLS Vibrating Screen
GLS Vibrating Screen is an energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and portable new type of vibrating screen developed by Green R&D, specifically designed for asphalt mixing plants. Its most notable features include exceptional stability, multiple grading particle sizes, easy operation and maintenance, and low energy consumption. The GLS vibrating screen utilizes a technology where two vibrating motors operate in reverse self-synchronization, with a designed amplitude range of 5-7mm. The entire screening surface consists of two manganese steel wire mesh segments connected end-to-end in an arc shape, allowing materials to spread evenly across the screen for maximum screening efficiency. The screen mesh is fixed using a unique method where one end is secured with a positioning pin and the other end is tensioned with a hook plate, making screen replacement extremely quick and convenient. Additionally, the screen body is equipped with an external insulation layer to effectively reduce heat loss during the screening process.
