The Banana Flip-flow Screen mainly consists of components such as the screen box, screen mesh, flip-flow beams, and vibration source. It is suitable for screening sticky and wet materials, featuring high efficiency, low energy consumption, lightweight design, low noise, stable operation, and high reliability.

      2.Cold-riveted frame screen body with no welding seams or stress concentration, ensuring higher reliability.

      3.Wear-resistant replaceable liners installed at both the feed box and discharge chute to extend beam service life.

      4.Multi-section curved screen surface with a large feed angle to prevent clogging and a small discharge angle for thorough screening.

      5.The screen surface performs flip-flow motion to loosen materials and prevent clogging.
