High-Frequency Vibrating Screen

The high-frequency screen is an advanced screening equipment specifically designed for the high-efficiency classification, dewatering, and demediuming of fine, sticky, and wet materials. Through its innovative composite vibration mode, it effectively solves industry-wide challenges—such as screen blinding (clogging) and low efficiency—that traditional screening equipment faces when handling difficult materials. It delivers outstanding performance, particularly in screening fine materials with high moisture content and high viscosity.

Performance & Features

1. Unique Dual-Vibration Source Design: The machine features a unique dual-vibration source design that enables collaborative vibration between the main screen body and the support beams. The main screen body vibrates at a medium frequency with a large amplitude, while the support beams drive the screen mesh to vibrate at a high frequency.

2. Optimized Material Retention Time: The vibration of the main screen body regulates the travel speed of the material across the deck. By extending the material's retention time on the screen surface, it significantly enhances overall screening efficiency.

3. Rapid Material Stratification: The high-frequency vibration of the support beams drives the screen surface to vibrate at high speeds. This promotes rapid stratification (layering) of the material and increases the contact frequency between the material and the screen surface. This further boosts screening efficiency while actively preventing mesh blinding.
