Permanent Manual Type Iron Remover for Belt Conveyor
Our iron remover is a device that can generate a strong magnetic field attraction. It can remove ferromagnetic impurities mixed in the material to ensure the safe and normal operation of mechanical equipment such as crushers and grinders in the conveying system. When the bulk material transported by the belt conveyor passes through the magnetic separator installed above the belt conveyor, the ferromagnetic impurities in the material are sucked away to achieve the purpose of iron removal.
This permanent magnetic separator is suspended above the conveyor belt.It is suitable for continuous-duty occasions and remove 0.1-30kg of ferromagnetic material that mixed in the product material. Our iron remover has a high magnetic field intensity,no energy consumption and a long service life.
