This RAP Crushers - engineered for high-volume processing of Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP).  Achieve precise sizing, reduce material waste by 30%, and cut production costs while meeting ASTM standards. 
This crusher consists of a feed hopper, a crusher, and a frame. Its main function is to crush recycled materials/milling materials. It adopts a staggered bite method, and the gap between the crushing rods is adjustable, which ensures the buffering effect of the crusher, thereby kneading the material. It does not destroy the original gradation of RAP, has a high passing rate, is not easy to get stuck, has low noise, and has a low failure rate.

The asphalt crusher is equipped with two sets of crushing rollers arranged in a cross manner, one of which is equipped with a spring tensioning device. The gap between the crushing rollers can be adjusted through the spring tensioning device to adjust the particle size and output of the crushed material. Compared with hammer crushing and impact crushing, roller crushing has less damage to the grading of RAP raw aggregate. The roller speed is low and the impact of the crushing method is small, extending the service life of the equipment. At the same time, there is almost no dust generated during on-site work.
